THE MOST IMPORTANT FAQ AT A GLANCE
1. I’VE REGISTERED, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
After registration, all athletes will receive a confirmation email with the payment overview and the QR code for on-site registration on the day of the event. In addition, we will send several newsletters with information about the event until the HYROX Race. You will receive your individual start time three days before the event via email. Shortly after the event you will receive a post race mail with relevant information like finisher time, Sportofraf photo package etc.
2. IS THERE A HYROX RULEBOOK THAT ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE COMPETITION?

3. I AM REGISTERED BUT CANNOT PARTICIPATE. WHAT CAN I DO?
Up to 4 weeks before the event, you can make changes to your event participation for a processing flat-rate change fee (plus service fee). You have the option to move your participation to another event, to change the division or to transfer the ticket to another person. Up to 1 week before the event, you still have the option to change your division or transfer your ticket to another person. A change of division fee (plus service fee) will still be charged. At this point it is no longer possible to transfer your starting place to another event. Please send your request with your previous order and/or ticket number directly to our Customer Support Team at nordic@hyrox.com.
ATTENTION: Changes are only possible within the respective region, e.g. Scandinavia / DACH / NL / UK and only in HYROX Season 22/23!

4. WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET SICK SHORTLY BEFORE THE EVENT?
It is always possible to cancel the event but a refund, as described in our terms and conditions, is excluded in case of illness. Up to one week before the event, you can change your participation as explained in the previous section.
